Beautiful and cosy detached house in one of the most beautiful tourist villages of the natural park Cabo de Gata/Nijar. The property is situated in a quiet area, with no parking problems, it is only 3 minutes walking distance to the centre of the village and the beach. It has spectacular sea views that together with the tranquillity of the area provide an absolute sense of peace. The property consists of two floors, on the lower floor there is a spacious and bright living room, connected through a bar with a spacious kitchen. This floor also has a toilet. On the upper floor we find the hallway from where 3 bedrooms and a complete bathroom are distributed. The double bedroom has a built-in wardrobe and a window to our own plot area. Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have access to the upper balcony of the house which has a spectacular view of the bay. At the entrance to the house we have a large porch and solarium where you can spend a few hours in the sun or dining with friends and family. It has air conditioning in all the bedrooms as well as in the living room.
